GBHaving the ability to change/replace every component on a product is such a huge accomplishment for GVS. I thought I’d written off the ability to use the HEPA filter as the screw that holds it in place at the base of the housing had rusted in the thread. A quick email to GVS and Julia was on the phone offering her words of wisdom and all the necessary parts I needed to get it up and running again. Baring in mind it was 4pm - I received the order the very next day. Astounding service as always. Note to others - make sure you apply industrial grade grease to the thread, you won’t have my issue then!!!
