Excellent service. I needed a plug adapter that would work with a champion 5.5kva generator. It's not a big sale for them, just a simple plug. They were really helpful on the phone answering my questions about it before I ordered. Once I ordered … More I couldn't get a copy of the invoice as it didn't sync with my account correctly. I emailed and first thing they sent a copy of the invoice. These are all little things and the order was only a little order but they genuinely cared, very efficient service and wanted to help. You can't ask for much more IMO.

Outstanding Customer Service – Highly Recommend
We’ve been a customer of Gutter Vac Systems for over 12 months now, and they’ve always been spot-on. Most recently, we ordered some spare parts and accessories for our gutter vac pole. I’d accidentally … More selected the wrong size (ordered a 44mm flat head crevice tool instead of the 51mm to match our pole).
Before shipping it out, someone from the GVS team actually picked up the phone to call and double-check the order — they’d noticed from our previous purchases that we used a 51mm setup, so flagged it straight away. That simple phone call saved the hassle of returns and swapping things around.
They updated the order, sent the correct part, and I just paid the small difference online — job done.
Customer service like that is rare these days. Proper attention to detail and initiative. 10/10 — can’t recommend them enough. -
I have a generator, a wfp and lots of gutter vac accessories from GVS. Everything has been great quality, but above all, the customer service is top notch
