GBOrdered this pack to be able to couple this poles with other brand poles that I'm using over 8 years. The description says that it is 44mm diameter, however it is outside diameter which means I can't use them sky vac or gutter sucker poles as those are 44mm diameter but measured inside diameter. If you think about it that is diameter that most people look for as that is what matter when using vacuum. Simple way how to trick customer in to buying this poles thinking they buying something compatible with well known brands. Now this just collecting the dust and I spend lot more than I planed to.
Hello Peter, Our 44 mm gutter vacuum poles are our design and are not compatible with other poles on the market, nor have we advertised them as such. They are made from a different composite material and differ in both diameter and taper, as well as wall thickness, which means they are not even compatible with the poles you intended to use. These differences also affect structural integrity.Both SkyVac and Gutter Sucker poles use the same pole for both (different to ours). Ours are manufactured in a completely different factory with a completely different specification. We do not mislead customers into believing they are interchangeable.Had you contacted our office beforehand, we would have been able to confirm immediately that they were not compatible.
